غَلِّظْ قَلْبَ هَذَا ٱلشَّعْبِ وَثَقِّلْ أُذُنَيْهِ وَٱطْمُسْ عَيْنَيْهِ، لِئَلَّا يُبْصِرَ بِعَيْنَيْهِ وَيَسْمَعَ بِأُذُنَيْهِ وَيَفْهَمَ بِقَلْبِهِ، وَيَرْجِعَ فَيُشْفَى». AVD
قَسِّ قَلْبَ هَذَا الشَّعْبِ، وَثَقِّلْ أُذْنَيْهِ وَأَغْمِضْ عَيْنَيْهِ لِئَلاَّ يَرَى بِعَيْنَيْهِ وَيَسْمَعَ بِأُذْنَيْهِ وَيَفْهَمَ بِقَلْبِهِ، فَيَرْجِعَ عَنْ غَيِّهِ وَيَبْرَأَ». KEH
Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed. KJV
Make the heart of this people dull,
and their ears heavy,
and blind their eyes;

and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
